• Account Information: When you sign up using Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID, email address (if you choose to share it), and name (if provided).
• Profile Information: Display name, username, bio, profile photo, location (city/state), content platforms, content niches, collaboration preferences.
• Social Media Links: Usernames for platforms you choose to share (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, content platforms, website).
• Verification Data: If you request verification, we collect a verification photo.
• Communications: Messages you send to other users, reports you submit, and communications with our support team.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: Features used, interactions with other users, timestamps of activity.
• Log Data: IP addresses, access times, app crashes, and system activity.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT:

• We do NOT collect precise GPS location
• We do NOT collect financial or payment information
• We do NOT collect biometric data (beyond optional verification photos)
• We do NOT collect contacts or call logs

PROVIDING THE SERVICE:

• Creating and managing your account
• Displaying your profile to other users
• Enabling messaging and collaboration features
• Processing verification requests
• Matching you with potential collaborators

WE DO NOT:

WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED:

Your data is stored using Apple's CloudKit service. This means:

• Data is stored on Apple's secure iCloud servers
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Apple's data centers are located primarily in the United States
• Data is subject to Apple's privacy practices and security measures

SECURITY MEASURES:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication via Sign in with Apple

WITH OTHER USERS:

• Your public profile information is visible to other users
• Your messages are visible to message recipients
• Your verification status is visible to all users

WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS:

• Apple (CloudKit for data storage)

FOR LEGAL REASONS:

• Correction: You can update your profile information through the App
• Deletion: You can request account deletion by contacting support@collab3x.com
• Blocking: You can block other users to prevent contact

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, right to delete, right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), and right to non-discrimination.

EU/UK RESIDENTS (GDPR): You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent.

6. Data Retention

• Profile data is retained while your account is active
• Most data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance (up to 7 years)
• Verification photos are deleted after verification is complete

7. Children's Privacy

Collab3X is NOT intended for anyone under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover we have collected information from a minor, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting the new policy in the App.
