1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Collab3X mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Collab3X ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

By using Collab3X, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws
• You will comply with all applicable laws

Collab3X is designed for content creators seeking professional collaboration opportunities. We strictly prohibit use by minors.

3. Description of Service

Collab3X is a professional networking platform that connects content creators for collaboration opportunities. The App provides:

• Profile creation and discovery tools
• Direct messaging between verified users
• Collaboration listing and management features
• Meeting scheduling functionality
• Identity verification services

IMPORTANT: Collab3X does NOT host, distribute, or facilitate the creation or sharing of content. The App is solely a networking tool.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use Collab3X, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your Apple ID credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account or create multiple accounts

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Solicit or engage in prostitution, escort services, or trafficking
• Distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Engage in human trafficking or exploitation

HARMFUL BEHAVIOR:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Send unsolicited explicit content
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Impersonate another person or entity

PLATFORM ABUSE:

• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Interfere with the App's operation

6. Verification System

Collab3X offers an optional identity verification system. By submitting a verification request, you:

• Consent to having your verification photo reviewed
• Understand that verification confirms identity, not endorsement
• Acknowledge that verification status can be revoked for violations

Verification does NOT guarantee the safety or trustworthiness of any user. Always exercise caution.

7. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to Collab3X. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating the App.

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Collab3X and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Safety Features

Collab3X provides safety tools including user blocking, report system, verification, and safety scores. While we strive to maintain a safe platform, we cannot guarantee your safety.

MEETING IN PERSON: If you choose to meet other users in person, do so at your own risk. We recommend meeting in public places and informing others of your plans.

9. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (EULA)

Collab3X offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases to unlock premium features.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

REFUNDS: All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their support channels. We do not process refunds independently.

PRICE CHANGES: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

This agreement is between you and Collab3X, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be compatible with your device, or be free from errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLABX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from conduct of other users
• Damages resulting from meetings arranged through the App

12. Account Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings within the App. If you are unable to access your account, you may request account deletion by contacting support@collab3x.com and providing proof of account ownership.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
