Collab3X includes a built-in AI-powered support chat. Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Help & Support to chat with our assistant for immediate help.
After completing your profile, tap "Get Verified" on your profile page. You'll upload a verification selfie and join the verification queue. An admin will conduct a brief video call to verify your identity.
Yes. All core features are completely free — browsing creators, messaging, posting collaborations, verification, SafeMeet, and safety features. The only paid feature is "Featured Listing," an optional subscription that boosts your visibility in search results.
SafeMeet is our in-person meetup safety system. Set a timer, designate an emergency contact, and create check-in codes. If you don't check in, your emergency contact is automatically alerted with your location.
Visit the user's profile, tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top right, and select "Block User" or "Report User." Blocked users cannot contact you or see your profile.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. This permanently removes all your data including messages, photos, and profile information.
Featured Listings are managed through your App Store subscription settings. Go to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Collab3X to manage or cancel.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Collab3X. Age verification is required during the sign-up process.
